The spacious living room, situated on the pool level, includes an entrance area on the left and a kitchen, dining room, and separate maid’s quarters on the right. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and all necessary utensils.
An interior staircase leads to a lower level hallway, connecting to the cinema room, gym, sauna, and billiard room.
