  2. 50% Refund for Cancellations at Least 7 Days Before Check-In: Should your circumstances change and you need to cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund. This policy reflects the preparation and arrangements that we make in advance to accommodate your stay.
  3. No Refunds for Cancellations Within 7 Days of Check-In: As your check-in date approaches, we allocate resources and time to make sure your stay with us is enjoyable and comfortable. Therefore, any cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date will not be eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend that you consider your plans carefully in this timeframe.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the initial reservation. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary based on the payment provider.
  • Modification Option: If you wish to adjust your reservation without canceling, such as changing the dates of your stay or the number of guests, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to accommodate such requests based on availability and applicable rates.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters or other extraordinary events, we may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please contact us directly if you believe your situation falls into this category.
  • Communication: All cancellation requests must be submitted through the same platform you used to make the reservation. This ensures a clear record of the cancellation request and expedites the refund process.
