The space

The modern fully equipped kitchen area with BBQ connects to an indoor and outdoor dining area makes this villa truly ideal for everything from a family holiday to friend’s vacation.
There is a Thai style Sala great for a relaxing dinner with stunning sunset and sea views and an outdoor terrace with a magic fireplace for romantic or party rooftop nights under the stars.
A fully stocked bar with billiard table this area makes the villa ideal for celebrating anniversaries, birthday parties etc.There is a wine menu with a selection of champagne, red, white, and rosé wine (at extra cost).
Guest access
The villa is located on the top of a steep hill and the nearest beach Surin is 15 minutes by walk. Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket are 15 minutes away by car and there you will find a many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and various shops. The Phuket International airport is only 20 km. away and Phuket Town and Patong Beach are 25 Minute drive.
Other things to note
* Rate inclusive of daily breakfast, one way airport transfer on arrival and departure, utilities, villa manager, chef and maid.
* Security Deposit by cash at check in 1500EUR to our villa manager providing no damages or breakable will be return at check out.
* The chef can organize Lunch/Dinner with groceries cost plus 20% service fee pay by guests.
* Check in time is 3pm, early check in is subject to availability with additional cost 50% from regular rate for 10am check in and one day charge before 10am.
* Check out time is midday (12.00hrs.) There is no meal after breakfast on departure date. Late check out is subject to availability additional cost 50% of regular rate until 6pm. and one night charge after 6pm.
* Total capacity 18persons and or specific number of registered guest in the booking agreement, 300USD per person per night will be applied for additional person.
